Order Cancellations
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours.
If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request as soon as possible by emailing us at contact@velviya.shop.
If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
Returns
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at contact@velviya.shop within 30 calendar days of delivery to obtain the return address and instructions.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
For items such as shoes, clothing, and jewelry (or any products with a size chart), returns and exchanges are not accepted unless we have sent you the wrong size or an incorrect product.
Please ensure you check the size charts carefully before placing your order.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as we are not liable for parcels lost during the return process.
VELVIYA.SHOP offers compensation for return shipping costs with store credit up to US$10.
As we operate internationally, returns are processed through our global returns center in China.
Damaged or Defective Products
In rare cases where products are damaged during shipping, please email us at contact@velviya.shop within 7 days of receiving your item.
Include photos or a video clearly showing the damage.
After review, if the product is confirmed to be damaged, we will offer you one of the following options:
A replacement product sent free of charge.
A store credit voucher for future purchases.
A full refund to your original payment method.
Incorrect Products
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at contact@velviya.shop with photos showing the received item.
We will verify the issue based on the specifications listed on the product page.
If the product is incorrect, you may choose:
A replacement product.
A store credit for future use.
A full refund.
